The above line – despite the snicker factor – illustrates the difference between primary and mediated in context really nicely. There’s often a need to juxtapose the virtual against RL, or to place it in context with RL – to have RL frame the meaning of the virtual.
What are some examples of virtual art that is 100% primary even though it’s virtual? Is that possible?
